Do you have one of those gi-joe/cobra L(ight)A(amplified)by S(stimulated)E(emission) of R(adiation) pointers? Perhaps the subject will foolishly chase it all over the room.

You probably have tried both of those things. In that case, I've found disease is an excellent way to lose weight.
